Day 1 (28 miles) – Banyuls / Collioure / Elne
Enjoy the Catalan gastronomy, with a visit and wine tasting in a local vineyard, before going to Collioure.
Guided tour of the anchovy ecomuseum. Then on to Elne, for a guided tour of both the cathedral and the exceptionnal 12th century Romanesque cloister.
Dinner. Night’s lodging.

Day 2 (56 miles) – Perpignan / Thuir / Ille sur Têt
Guided tour of Perpignan, befre going to the village of Thuir.
Visit and wine tasting in the famous Byyrh wine cellars.
In the afternoon, we will have a taste of the Wild West, with the stunning Ille-sur-Têt’s « organs »: Bryce Canyon in the heart of France.
Dinner. Night’s lodging.

Day 3 (19 miles) – Mont Louis / Train Jaune / Villefranche de Conflent
On this last day, we will go off to explore the Cerdagne and Conflent areas: the notorious « Yellow Train », will take us from Mont-Louis to Villefranche de Conflent.
Suspended over the Têt valley, we will go visit Fort Libéria, built by Vauban in the 16th century.
Back to your starting point in the evening.
